Sim Family Clinic was established in 1979 and continues to provide high quality, compassionate, and cost-effective healthcare to the individuals and families we serve. We are located in northwest Houston and are proud to serve patients from greater Houston and the surrounding areas, including Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Sugar Land, Tomball, and Katy, Texas.
Our doctors provide whole-family medical care, evaluating and treating patients age 5 and up, from children and teens to adults and seniors.
The medical services we offer run the gamut from treating acute injuries and illnesses – such as strep throat or minor wounds requiring care – to helping our patients with chronic conditions – like diabetes or asthma – manage their health so they remain symptom-free and maintain an excellent quality of life.
Our History
Sim Family Clinic is a family medicine practice built on the dreams and dedication of Dr. Christopher Sim. He began attracting a loyal patient base of individuals and families in Houston, Texas, in 1979 – which continues to this day.
As the clinic continued to grow and expand, additional physicians were added to the practice. In 1997, Dr. William M. Chen joined Sim Family Clinic, followed by Dr. Alex M. Chen in 2005. Both men’s passion for providing high quality medical care, coupled with compassion and communication, made each an excellent fit for the flourishing clinic.
Dr. Christopher Sim retired from medicine at the end of 2020.
In May 2021, Sim Family Clinic moved to its new facility in Spring, Texas.
